Joseph DeVane is a local businessman who owns and operates an Allstate Insurance Agency.

Coach Joe is very passionate about youth and high school sports, especially football. As the Program Director of the Substance Misuse Prevention and Wellness Grant, which funds this great Team Approach Foundation initiative, Coach Joe commits countless hours to making sure the program serves its intended purpose.

Coach Joe has coached football at the college, high school, and youth football level. Currently, he serves as the assistant linebacker coach and special teams coach for the Caravel Academy Buccaneers.

Developing young men and ensuring that they are prepared for the “next step” in their process is his highest priority. Whether it’s preparing young student athletes to matriculate from youth football to high school, high school athletics to the college level or any other life progression, Coach Joe is committed to helping young people achieve their goals.
