Damond Warren, M.Ed,  has earned 2 master’s degrees from Cheyney University, and multiple teaching certifications across 5 different states. He is a veteran educator with 29 years of experience. He has served as a school leader in the capacity of Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal at several Philadelphia area schools. “Brother Warren” as he is affectionately called by many, has always served every school community with compassion, collaboration, attention to detail, cultural responsiveness, and a tough love style for all of the children that he serves. 

He has also served as a Head football Coach at 4 high schools in the Philadelphia Region. While he took 3 of the 4 programs that were winless or below .500 hundred to the playoffs within 1 or 2 years, he is most proud of the young men that he inspired to attend college or select viable career opportunities. 

He is a 35-year member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, a Member of 100 Black Men of Philadelphia, and founder of P.E.A.C.E. (Please Educate All Children Equally). Brother Warren spends his free time serving as an Abolitionist Educator for the community, writing poetry, and mentoring young adults.
